This privacy policy describes how thetwosuitsbook.com handles personal information. It applies to anyone who visits the site or signs up for launch notifications.

The site is operated by Radovan Vitosevic, an individual author. Where this policy refers to "the author," this is the person responsible for the data described below.

What is collected

When you submit the email signup form, the site collects:

• Your email address
• The date and time of submission
• Basic technical metadata (browser, IP address, referrer) recorded automatically by the form service

The site does not use marketing cookies. The site does not share data with advertising networks. The site does not currently use any analytics service. If a privacy-friendly analytics service is added in the future, this policy will be updated.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts the site. Submissions are visible to the author through the Netlify dashboard, and may be forwarded to a personal email address held by the author.

The author retains email addresses you have voluntarily submitted only for as long as necessary to deliver the notifications you have asked for, or until you request that the data be deleted.

How it is used

Email addresses submitted to the signup form are used only to notify you about the launch of The Two Suits, and any later editions or formats of the same book.

Your data is not sold. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights under GDPR

Because the author is resident in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data the author holds about you
• Request that incorrect data be corrected
• Request that your data be deleted

To exercise any of these rights, return to the home page and use the email signup form to send a request, or unsubscribe from any notification email you receive. The author will respond within thirty days.

Third parties

The site relies on a small number of third-party services that may process your data:

• Netlify - hosting and form processing
• Google Fonts - font delivery (no personal data is collected through this delivery)

The site links to external destinations (the author's other websites). Once you click an external link, the destination's own privacy policy applies.
